The Divisional Forest Office, Mongar would like to inform all interested Wood-Based Industries and eligible private individuals under Mongar Dzongkhag that an Open Auction will be conducted for selecting a third-party operator to undertake the extraction and supply of MHW firewood from the project area located above the proposed Nursing College FC site in Yakgang, Mongar. The activity involves the extraction of 146 nos. of trees and poles, with an approximate standing volume of 327.84 m³. The floor price will be applied as per the NRDCL rate for 2026, and the royalty shall be charged in accordance with the 2006 scheduled royalty rate. Interested parties are required to physically inspect the wood quality and the extraction site before participating in the auction to ensure full understanding of the site conditions.
The auction will be held on 24th February (Tuesday) 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Divisional Forest Office, Mongar. The successful bidder will be allotted one month from the date of site allotment to complete the extraction and supply operation.
