The Divisional Forest Office, Mongar, hereby notifies all interested Wood-Based Industries and eligible private individuals under Lhuntse Dzongkhag that an Open Auction will be conducted to select a third-party operator for the extraction and supply of MHW and MC timber and firewood from the areas falling within the various FC sites under the Lhuntse Range Office. The operation will involve the extraction of approximately 211,866.57 cft of timber and 317,751.83 cft of lops and tops. The floor price shall be applied in accordance with the NRPC rates, 2025, and royalties will be levied as per the 2006 scheduled royalty rate. All interested participants are strongly advised to conduct a physical inspection of the sites prior to the auction.
The auction is scheduled for 24th February 2026 (Tuesday) at 10:30 AM at the Divisional Forest Office, Mongar. The successful bidder will be given one month from the date of site allotment to complete the extraction and supply works.
