On the auspicious occasion of social forestry day, commemorating the coronation day of His Majesty Drukgyel Zhipa Jigme Singye Wangchuck, the Department of Forests and Park Services take the opportunity to pay tribute to our beloved Monarchs and secure the well-being of future generations by planting trees. We urge every citizen to join hands in planting trees and nurturing them to maturity. We also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the people of Bhutan for their unwavering efforts and continued support in the sustainable management of our forests and natural resources.
